About Me

I am a Senior Associate Director at WT Partnership based in the Cambridge office.

In my role as Senior Associate Director, I often offer senior strategic and leadership support to healthcare clients in the development and delivery of their major capital and transformational projects. I specialise in healthcare, particularly focused on strategy and governance for complex programmes of projects.

I am an MBA graduate, where I wrote my dissertation on innovation in the public sector, as well as holding a Masters in transformational leadership, where I wrote my dissertation on the non-linear NHS project environment and recently became a PhD candidate with the University of East Anglia, focusing on Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in healthcare.

I am also a member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM) the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) a qualified practitioner in MSP & Prince 2, with a track record of developing and delivering complex, innovative programmes and projects, as well as broad experience working in both the public and private sectors.

I have over 15 years’ experience developing and delivering strategic improvements in healthcare and have substantial experience leading complex and innovative change.
